Richardson whose early career saw him gain significant experience working for the likes of British Touring Car Championship, Millers Oils, Just Marketing International and ExxonMobil, and latterly founded The Insights Family an award-winning market intelligence company which he oversaw the transformation from start-up to multi-million pound business that is now backed by BGF.
